Information we collect

Account details for administrators and managers, employee records provided by the customer organisation (name, work email, department, role), and survey responses.

Survey responses and anonymity

Survey responses are treated as anonymous. They are not attributed to individuals in any report, and results are withheld until a minimum number of responses is received.

How we use information

To operate the platform, deliver survey invitations and reminders, generate aggregated analytics and recommendations, and provide support.

Storage and security

Data is stored in Australian infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, and isolated per organisation at the database layer.

Your rights

Organisations and individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Contact us to make a request.
