Terms of service

These terms govern access to and use of the PulseBench HQ platform.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for who you invite into your organisation, and for the roles you grant them.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are flat rate and billed in advance. New organisations receive a trial of the full feature set. Trials can be cancelled at any time; active subscriptions remain available until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

The platform must not be used to identify individual survey respondents, to harass employees, or to store data unrelated to workplace engagement measurement.

Your data

Your organisation retains ownership of its data. We process it to provide the service and do not sell it.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but provide it without warranty beyond what applicable law requires.
